The Minister, under subsection 2(4) of the Herd and Fencing Act and every enabling power, makes the Animals Running at Large Regulations.
No person shall permit an animal to run at large in the area comprised of Hay River Highway No. 2 and lands lying within 8 km of either side of that highway, excluding from the area any lands that lie within the boundaries of the Hamlet of Enterprise or the Town of Hay River.
The Animals Running at Large Regulations, R.R.N.W.T. 1990, c.H-38, are repealed.
