For the purposes of sections 116.1 and 116.2 of the Act, the following pieces of equipment are prescribed to test the proportion of alcohol in a driver's blood:
(a) Breathalyzer, model 800;
(b) Breathalyzer, model 900;
(c) Breathalyzer, model 900A;
(d) Intoximeter Mark IV;
(e) Alcolmeter AE-D1;
(f) Intoxilyzer 4011 AS;
(g) BAC Datamaster C;
(h) Intox EC/IR II.
