The Minister, under section 3 of the Apprenticeship, Trade and Occupation Certification Act and every enabling power, makes the Designated Occupations Order.
The occupations set out in the Schedule are designated occupations for which an individual may receive a certificate of competence.
The Designated Occupations Order, established by regulation numbered R-054-2012, is repealed by this order.
