ORDER

The Commissioner in Executive Council, under section 5 of the Health and Social Services Professions Act and every enabling power, makes the Designated Professions Order.

1.

The professions set out in the Schedule are designated as professions to which the Health and Social Services Professions Act applies.

2.

The Designated Professions Order, established by regulation numbered R-017-2022, is repealed.
