Whereas the Minister ordered the Hamlet of Enterprise be placed under administration by the Hamlet of Enterprise Administration Order, established by regulation numbered R-033-2025;

And whereas the municipal administrator for the Hamlet of Enterprise has requested the variation of the number of councillors on the council;

The Minister, under section 14 of the Hamlets Act and every enabling power, orders as follows:

1.

The council of the Hamlet of Enterprise is composed of a mayor and four elected councillors.

2.

The Enterprise Council Variation Order, established by regulation numbered R-115-2009, is repealed.
