The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under section 69 of the Family Law Act, S.N.W.T. 1997, c.18, and every enabling power, makes the Family Law Forms Regulations.
The prescribed form of the election referred to in subsection 37(7) of the Family Law Act is set out in the Schedule.
These regulations come into force on the day on which the Family Law Act, S.N.W.T. 1997, c.18, comes into force.
