The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under paragraph 53(1)(j) of the Forest Management Act and every enabling power, makes the Forest Management Unit Regulations.

1.

A forest management unit shall be delimited in accordance with the description in the Schedule and shall be known by the name assigned to it. R-035-2000,s.3.

SCHEDULE (Section 1)

UNIT D/07/01

(a) All that portion of the Northwest Territories, as shown on the National Topographic Series Maps 85C of Tathlina Lake, Edition 4 and 85D of Kakisa River, Edition 3, produced at a scale of 1:250,000 by the Canada Map Office, Department of Natural Resources, Ottawa, and being more particularly described as follows:

(b) Commencing at the point of intersection of 118° N and 60°27N32O N;

(c) thence easterly following the southern shore of Tathlina Lake to an unnamed creek at approximately 117°19N04O W and 60°27N20O N;

(d) thence southeasterly following the south shore of the unnamed creek and lakes to the point of intersection of 116°54N36O W and 60°18N15O N;

(e) thence southerly in a straight line to its intersection with 116°54N36O W and 60°16N48O N;

(f) thence southerly in a straight line to its intersection with 116°54N36O W and 60°10N01O N;

(g) thence easterly in a straight line to its intersection with 116°52N26O W and 60°10N01O N;

(h) thence southerly in a straight line to its intersection with 116°52N27O W and 60°04N37O N;

(i) thence westerly in a straight line to its intersection with 117° W and 60°04N38O N;

(j) thence southerly in a straight line to its intersection with 117° W and 60°03N01O N;

(k) thence westerly in a straight line to its intersection with 117°04N14O W and 60°03N01O N;

(l) thence southerly in a straight line to its intersection with 117°04N43O W and 60° N;

(m) thence westerly in a straight line to its intersection with 118° W and 60° N;
