The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under paragraph 53(1)(j) of the Forest Management Act and every enabling power, makes the Forest Management Zones Regulations.
The forest management zones shall be delimited in accordance with the descriptions in the Schedule and shall be known by the names respectively assigned to them.
