WHEREAS the council of the Town of Fort Smith has requested the variation of the number of elected councillors on the council;

The Minister, under section 14 of the Cities, Towns and Villages Act and every enabling power, orders as follows:

The council of the Town of Fort Smith is composed of a mayor and eight elected councillors.
