1. 1 2. Repealed

The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under section 34 of the Jury Act and every enabling power, makes the Jury Fees Regulations.

1.

A fee of $80 shall be paid to a juror for each day the juror serves,

(a) in a civil action, by the party who made the application for trial of an action before a jury under subsection 2(1) of the Jury Act; or

(b) in a criminal action, by the Supreme Court.
