1. 1 SCHEDULE (Section 1)

The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under section 17 of the Professional Corporations Act and every enabling power, makes the Professional Corporations Regulations.

1.

For the purposes of the Act,

(a) the professions in column 1 of the Schedule are designated professions;

(b) the entities or persons listed in column 2 of the Schedule are governing bodies; and

(c) the Acts listed in column 3 of the Schedule are governing Acts.
