The Minister, under paragraph 3(a) of the Land Titles Act and every enabling power, orders as follows:

The whole of the Northwest Territories is constituted as a registration district to be known as the "Northwest Territories Registration District".

This order comes into force on the day the Land Titles Act comes into force.
