EXEMPTION REGULATIONS
The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under section 12 of the Business Licence Act and every enabling power, makes the Remote Lodge Exemption Regulations.
In these regulations, "remote lodge" means a remote lodge as defined in section 1 of the Liquor Regulations, made under the Liquor Act.
Every remote lodge is exempt from the Business Licence Act.
