The Minister, under subsection 266(2) of the Business Corporations Act and every enabling power, orders as follows:

The seal described in the Schedule is prescribed as the seal of office of the Registrar of Corporations.

2.

These regulations come into force on the day the Business Corporations Act comes into force.

SCHEDULE (Section 1)

SEAL OF OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR

The seal has two concentric circles, at the centre of which appears the word "SEAL" with the word "SCEAU" directly beneath. Within the outer circle are the words "REGISTRAIRE DES SOCIÉTÉS PAR ACTIONS" on the bottom and "REGISTRAR OF CORPORATIONS" on the top. Within the inner circle are the words "TERRITOIRES DU NORD-OUEST" on the bottom and "NORTHWEST TERRITORIES" on the top.
