The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under section 45 of the Seizures Act, R.S.N.W.T. 1988, c. S-6 and every enabling power, makes the Seizures Forms Regulations.
The prescribed form of the notice of seizure referred to in subsection 23(1) of the Seizures Act is set out in Form 1 of the Schedule.
The prescribed form of the notice of objection to seizure referred to in subsection 23(1) of the Seizures Act is set out in Form 2 of the Schedule.
The prescribed form of the sticker referred to in subsection 23(3) of the Seizures Act is set out in Form 3 of the Schedule.
