The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under section 32 of the Societies Act, R.S.N.W.T. 1988, c. S-11 and every enabling power, makes the Societies Forms Regulations.

The prescribed form of an application referred to in paragraph 2(a) of the Societies Act is set out in Form 1 of the Schedule.
