The Commissioner in Executive Council, under section 95 of the Surface Rights Board Act and every enabling power, makes the Surface Rights Board Regulations.

For the purposes of sections 56, 63, 71 and 77 of the Act, the rate of interest payable is the rate set out in the Interest Rate Regulations, made under the Financial Administration Act.

For the purposes of section 57 and subsection 72(2) of the Act, the access fee payable is $200.

These regulations come into force April 1, 2016.
