In these regulations, "territorial judge" means a territorial judge who has been appointed to serve as a territorial judge on a full-time basis.
Every territorial judge shall work at such times as are required to exercise and perform duly and properly his or her powers and duties as a territorial judge.

The seal to be used in the Territorial Court shall be described as follows:
In the centre of the seal shall be the Arms of the Northwest Territories, and in a circle around the Arms the words "Territorial Court, Northwest Territories".
