Whereas the Council of the Hamlet of Holman has requested the Minister to change the hamlet’s name to Hamlet of Ulukhaktok;

And whereas the Minister considers it to be in the public interest to change the name of the hamlet as requested;

The Minister, on the recommendation of the Executive Council, under section 8 of the Hamlets Act and every enabling power, orders as follows:

The name of the Hamlet of Holman is hereby changed to Hamlet of Ulukhaktok.
