The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under section 4 of the Lotteries Act and every enabling power, makes the Aklavik Delegation Regulations.

The authority to regulate and licence lottery schemes within the Hamlet of Aklavik is hereby delegated to the Hamlet of Aklavik.

The Lotteries Regulations, R.R.N.W.T. 1990, c.L-49, do not apply to the regulation and licensing of a lottery scheme within the Hamlet of Aklavik.

These regulations come into force on November 5,
