R-059-2009,s.2.

The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under section 4 of the Lotteries Act and every enabling power, makes the Rae-Edzo Delegation Regulations.

1.

The authority to regulate and licence lottery schemes within the community of Behchokö is delegated to the Community Government of Behchokö. R-059-2009,s.3.

2.

The Lotteries Regulations, R.R.N.W.T. 1990, c.L-49, do not apply to the regulation and licensing of a lottery scheme within Behchokö. R-059-2009,s.4; R-121-2009, art. 2.

3.

Repealed, R-059-2009,s.5.
