1. 1 2. 2 SCHEDULE FORM 1 (Section 1)

The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under section 84 of the Children’s Law Act and every enabling power, makes the Children’s Law Regulations.

1.

The prescribed form of the declaration referred to in subsection 12(1) of the Act is set out in Form 1 of the Schedule.

2.

The Children’s Law Forms Regulations, established by instrument R-139-98, are repealed.
