The authority to regulate and licence lottery schemes within the Hamlet of Fort McPherson is hereby delegated to the Hamlet of Fort McPherson.

2.

The Lotteries Regulations, R.R.N.W.T. 1990, c.L- 49, do not apply to the regulation and licensing of a lottery scheme within the Hamlet of Fort McPherson.

3.

These regulations come into force April 1, 2000.
