The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under section 4 of the Lotteries Act and every enabling power, makes the Fort Smith Delegation Regulations.

The authority to regulate and licence lottery schemes within the Town of Fort Smith is hereby delegated to the Town of Fort Smith.

The Lotteries Regulations, R.R.N.W.T. 1990, c.L- 49, do not apply to the regulation and licensing of a lottery scheme within the Town of Fort Smith.

These regulations come into force July 1, 1996.
