The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under section 4 of the Lotteries Act and every enabling power, makes the Hay River Delegation Regulations.

1.

The authority to regulate and licence lottery schemes within the Town of Hay River is hereby delegated to the Town of Hay River.

2.

The Lotteries Regulations, R.R.N.W.T. 1990, c.L- 49, do not apply to the regulation and licensing of a lottery scheme within the Town of Hay River.

3.

These regulations come into force April 1, 1997.
