The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under section 4 of the Lotteries Act and every enabling power, makes the K’ásho Got’iné Delegation Regulations.

1.

The authority to regulate and licence lottery schemes within the Charter Community of K’ásho Got’iné is delegated to the Charter Community of K’ásho Got’iné.

2.

The Lotteries Regulations, R.R.N.W.T. 1990, c.L-49, do not apply to the regulation and licensing of a lottery scheme within the Charter Community of K’ásho Got’iné.

3.

These regulations come into force on June 15, 2006.
