The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under section 4 of the Lotteries Act and every enabling power, makes the Paulatuk Delegation Regulations.

1.

The authority to regulate and license lottery schemes within the Hamlet of Paulatuk is delegated to the Hamlet of Paulatuk.

2.

The Lotteries Regulations, R.R.N.W.T. 1990, c.L-49, do not apply to the regulation and licensing of a lottery scheme within the Hamlet of Paulatuk.
