The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Chief Electoral Officer, under section 360 of the Elections and Plebiscites Act and every enabling power, makes the Plebiscite Forms Regulations.

The prescribed form of the ballot paper for a plebiscite referred to in subsection 110(2) of the Act is set out in Form 1 of the Schedule.

The Plebiscite Regulations, established by regulation numbered R-011-92, are repealed.
