The Minister, under section 3 of the Public Library Act and every enabling power, makes the Public Library Designation Order.

The following libraries are each designated as a public library:

Aklavik Community Library;

Helena Tutcho Community Library (Délîne);

Fort Good Hope Community Library;

Fort McPherson Community Library;

Fort Resolution Community Library;

Hay River Dene Village Library;

Inuvik Centennial Library;

John Tsetso Memorial Library (Fort Simpson);

Mary Kaeser Library (Fort Smith);

Norman Wells Community Library;

11.

NWT Centennial Library (Hay River);

12.

Tulita Community Library;

13.

Ulukhaktok Community Library;

14.

Yellowknife Public Library;

15.

Zhahti Koe Community Library (Fort Providence).

These regulations come into force on the day the Public Library Act, S.N.W.T. 2009, c.7, comes into force.
