The Minister, under subsection 35(1.1) of the Public Service Act and every enabling power, makes the Public Service Holidays Order.

1.

The following days are fixed as holidays for all the public service:

(a) Boxing Day, December 26;

(b) the first Monday in August;

(c) National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, which is observed on September 30.

The Public Service Holidays Order, established by regulation numbered R-025-2000, is repealed.
