The Minister, under section 68 of the Health Information Act and every enabling power, makes the Research Ethics Committee Designation Order.
The Aurora College Research Ethics Committee is designated as a research ethics committee for the purposes of the Act.
This order comes into force on the day on which the Health Information Act, S.N.W.T. 2014, c.2, comes into force.
