R-036-2008,s.2.

The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under section 4 of the Lotteries Act and every enabling power, makes the Arctic Red River (Tsiigehtchic) Delegation Regulations.

1.

The delegation of the authority to regulate and licence lottery schemes within Tsiigehtchic to the Charter Community of Tsiigehtchic is continued. R-036-2008,s.3.

2.

The Lotteries Regulations, R.R.N.W.T. 1990, c.L- 49, do not apply to the regulation and licensing of a lottery scheme within the Charter Community of Tsiigehtchic. R-036-2008,s.4.

3.

Repealed, R-036-2008,s.5.
