The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under section 4 of the Lotteries Act and every enabling power, makes the Holman Delegation Regulations.

The authority to regulate and licence lottery schemes within the Hamlet of Ulukhaktok is delegated to the Hamlet of Ulukhaktok. R-010-2006,s.3.

The Lotteries Regulations, R.R.N.W.T. 1990, c.L-49, do not apply to the regulation and licensing of a lottery scheme within the Hamlet of Ulukhaktok. R-010-2006,s.4.
