1. 1 SCHEDULE ANNEXE

The Minister, under section 170 of the Tłı̨chǫ Community Government Act and every enabling power, makes the Whatì Personal Property Transfer Order.

1.

The furnishings, equipment and other personal property owned by the Government of the Northwest Territories immediately before the effective date and located at or within the site of the infrastructure assets listed in the Schedule transfers to the Community Government of Whatì at the same time that those infrastructure assets vest, on the effective date and in accordance with the Tłı̨chǫ Agreement, in the Community Government of Whatì.
