The Commissioner, on the recommendation of the Minister, under section 4 of the Lotteries Act and every enabling power, makes the Yellowknife Delegation Regulations.
The authority to regulate and licence lottery schemes within the City of Yellowknife is hereby delegated to the City of Yellowknife.
The Lotteries Regulations, R.R.N.W.T. 1990, c.L-49, do not apply to the regulation and licensing of a lottery scheme within the City of Yellowknife.
These regulations come into force on April 1, 1997. R-208-96,s.2.
